Nagad9 Terms & Conditions — Know Before You Play

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the Nagad9 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all users of the Nagad9 website, including registered players, visitors, and anyone who interacts with any part of the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must stop using Nagad9 immediately and not create an account. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

02 Eligibility

To register and use Nagad9, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception. Nagad9 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time, and accounts found to be in violation will be suspended immediately.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by Nagad9 or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as an agent for a third party.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Nagad9 employee.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Nagad9 takes age verification seriously. If there is any reason to believe that a player is under 18, the account will be suspended pending verification. Any winnings accumulated during this period will be held and may be forfeited if the player is found to be underage.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one Nagad9 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Nagad9 uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed without notice.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid phone number, and a working email address. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

• All registration details must be accurate and kept up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Nagad9 account.
• Account credentials must not be shared with any other person.
• Nagad9 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.

04 Deposits

Nagad9 accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. No other payment methods are currently supported. All deposits are credited to your Nagad9 account in real time once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 per transaction.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your account — are not permitted.
• Nagad9 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• If a deposit does not reflect within five minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Nagad9 reserves the right to reverse any deposit that is found to be fraudulent, made from an unverified source, or in violation of these terms. In such cases, the deposit amount will be returned to the originating wallet and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

05 Withdrawals

Nagad9 processes withdrawal requests to the same bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet used for the most recent deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. This policy exists to prevent fraud and protect player funds.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳200 per transaction.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within three minutes for verified accounts.
• Withdrawals above certain thresholds may require additional identity verification before processing.
• Nagad9 does not charge withdrawal fees; your mobile wallet provider's standard rates may apply.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from bonus wagering are eligible.
• Nagad9 reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending fraud checks or account verification.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

Nagad9 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as well as the general bonus rules outlined in this section. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of its terms.

• All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be completed before any withdrawal can be made.
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific offer.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately in your Nagad9 account balance.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.

Nagad9 monitors bonus usage patterns. If a player's betting behaviour suggests bonus abuse — such as placing low-risk bets designed solely to clear wagering requirements — Nagad9 reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.

07 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

Nagad9 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. All games use certified random number generator (RNG) technology, and outcomes cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any external means. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Nagad9 platform:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions or account limits.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using Nagad9 to process funds from illegal activities.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with any part of the Nagad9 platform.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.

Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately. Nagad9 reserves the right to withhold all funds in the account pending investigation, and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

Nagad9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. This includes — but is not limited to — accounts that are found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions, accounts involved in fraudulent activity, or accounts that pose a risk to the integrity of the platform.

• Accounts may be suspended temporarily while an investigation is ongoing.
• Players will be notified of account closure via the email address on file where possible.
• Funds in a suspended account will be held pending the outcome of any investigation.
• If a closure is found to be in error, Nagad9 will restore the account and any legitimate balance.
• Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support.

09 Privacy & Data

Nagad9 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on Nagad9, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information as described in that policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.

• Personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, and comply with legal obligations.
